I’ve been driving since 1971, changing my car every 5 years and therefore coming across a huge variety of second car dealerships. The ONE STOP CAR SHOP is, by a very long margin, the very best I’ve ever experienced. They found me a wonderful car (Mercedes B180) at a price that had the competition completely beaten and I’ve had problem-free motoring ever since. Every visit I have made to the Car Shop has been a real pleasure. The staff are always extremely helpful, courteous and prepared to give of their time to help with any little problem. Servicing and MOT testing is relatively inexpensive and it is always carried with great competence and efficiency.
The dealership is only visible from the A580 East Lancashire Road, but it is most certainly worth a visit. I am certainly a very satisfied customer who will be going back to them every time my car needs to be exchanged and perhaps upgraded. Before I found ONE STOP CAR SHOP, changing the car was an onerous, dreaded task, but my experience with this gem of a place has changed all that!
I am thrilled with my new car. The whole experience was straightforward and stress free. I have bought several cars from one stop car shop in Astley and can highly recommend the service.

I feel compelled to write this review about One Stop Car Shop and it's staff because it is a long time since I have had this level of service from a car dealer.
I purchased a used Nissan from them in June 2018 that developed a fault after just 30miles. I called and spoke to Lee and explained the symptoms. He was so helpful. Inside 2 hours the car had been picked up and was repaired the same day and then dropped off back at home. I cannot explain how helpful Lee was. A real credit to the company.
Keep up the great work guys and I look forward to replacing my wifes car and dealing with you again.
