Well what can I say? As a first time customer I brought my daughter to buy her first car today. And was met by a lovely lady who had booked us in for an appointment over the phone who then introduced us to the salesman who dealt with us he was unlike any other car salesman he wasn't pushy or in your face just said have a look around and let us know if you want to look at any car in particular. Once we had chosen the car my daughter wanted he went through the paperwork and again was not trying to push any extras onto us. Last week we purchased a second Vauxhall Corsa from the One Stop Car Shop just a couple of months after buying the first - for our son. Got the car I wanted Rob the sales man who sorted me out was straight to the point and knew what I wanted and needed straight away and got the deal done and dusted straight away. I purchased a car from One Stop Car Shop approx 6 weeks ago and I have to say, their service was second to none. I forget the Salesmans name, but he was brilliant. I love the car I purchased and I am an extremely satisfied customer. I was looking around at various other dealers, I was let down by one and others were more interested in selling me extras and finance, even though I didn't need it. "Take out finance, spend your savings on a holiday". No. At one stop car shop, there was no pressure selling and it was the only dealership where I actually felt valued. Top company.

Having seen a car for our son online, and after discussions over the phone with a very helpful salesman called Rob, we took a chance and bought this car without seeing it, as we live a fair distance from the showroom. The car was delivered to us a few days later. There was a small issue where the the showroom had been let down by the company that was supposed to have valeted the car prior to delivery, however this matter was quickly resolved.
